Thirty-one years in and Loveland is still the festival people build their Amsterdam summer around. Loveland Festival 2026 returns to Sloterpark on August 8 and 9 with 72 artists across two days — from legacy names like Sven Väth, Sasha & John Digweed, and Fatboy Slim to the artists currently running the game: Eric Prydz, Ben Klock, Hot Since 82, CamelPhat, and Mau P. The Headliners
Fatboy Slim on a lakeside stage in Amsterdam is the image this festival was built for. Eric Prydz is at the peak of his powers and his festival sets are technical spectacles. Sven Väth is techno royalty — decades of Cocoon, decades of defining what a DJ can do with a crowd. Ben Klock brings Berlin severity. Hot Since 82 delivers melodic house with stadium-level energy. Sasha & John Digweed together is a progressive house dream booking that veterans will lose their minds over.
Stephan Bodzin performs live — his hardware-driven sets are emotional, cinematic, and impossible to replicate. Jamie Jones brings Paradise vibes. Nicole Moudaber delivers dark, percussive techno. CamelPhat handle the melodic-meets-peak-time slot. Joris Voorn is a Dutch legend at a Dutch festival.

Why Loveland
The lake. You are dancing in a park next to a lake in Amsterdam. The water catches the light, the trees frame the stages, and the whole thing feels like a summer holiday that happens to have Eric Prydz and Sven Väth.
The history. Loveland has been running since 1995. Older than most festivals on any list. It knows what it is and does not try to be anything else.
The curation. 72 artists across two days is the sweet spot. Big enough to feel like an event, focused enough that every name on the bill belongs there. Sasha & John Digweed on the same bill as Mau P and Rødhåd tells you everything about the range.
The Verdict
Loveland 2026 is one of the strongest two-day electronic music lineups in Europe this summer. Fatboy Slim, Eric Prydz, Sven Väth, Ben Klock, Hot Since 82, Sasha & John Digweed, Stephan Bodzin live, and Nicole Moudaber — lakeside in Amsterdam. If you are in Europe in August, this is the one.
